Anything with truffels is just so good! During the day its a nice atmosphere, at night or on weekends it changes and the guests aren't as nice and I would expect.

Scialpi is by no means a bad restaurant. Super nice facility. Really nice staff. You can eat well there. The bruschetta is especially delicious. But unfortunately you expect something more than what is presented on the plate with the high-priced dishes. I get the pasta in the same quality and a few euros cheaper at many other Italian restaurants as well. You don't pay the high price for special food but for the expensive location. Future guests must be aware of this.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here is anything but appropriate. The food came quickly, but we had to wait a smooth 20 minutes from the bill to the payment ... Apart from the fact that the waiter was sloppy.

This place is absolutely not recommended. The last time we went there was 3 years ago. We had nothing to complain about back then. After all these years it seems to have subsided a lot .. We have already tried 5 times to go out to eat there or pick something up there. Getting someone on the phone for reservation or collection is a miracle! We have already stood in front of the locked door 3 times! Either the restaurant is closed, although it should be open according to the opening times, or at the moment no pick-up is offered because 3 people are sitting in the shop and it would be "too stressful" to put a few pizzas in the oven .. Apparently you don't want to make any money there ?! The service on the phone is unfriendly and wants to get rid of potential customers as soon as possible! They don't see us anymore ..

The prices are rather high, but the food is only standard. Ok, truffles cost something, but things without truffles are too expensive for what you get. Sitting in the courtyard is not bad, but we always had pigeon feathers on our plate because everything upstairs is full of pigeons. We sat with 5 people at a table that was much too small. That's okay if you haven't made a reservation - but we did. My pizza salmone was limp and limp and simply not acceptable for the price. Caprese comes as a sliced ​​beefsteak tomato with a scoop of mozzarella in the middle. Sorry but for these prices a little more ingenuity please. I really expected more. Then the surprise comes to the end - you can't pay separately ?? apparently the hard-working staff is not able to separate the bill. So sad, I don't need it again.

The place was cosy (considering that a lot of cars pass by), however the food was subpar, especially in this price range. We had a carpaccio and linguine al tartufo. Carpaccio was flat, bland, the meat had no flavor, disappointing. The linguine with truffles was similarly disappointing. One usually bathe the linguine in melted parmigiano. Here they just put some grated parmigiano on top like any other spaghetti... the dish was blant, I had to ask for salt and pepper... Not worth the price!

Nice Italian, great back garden, which you don't expect from the front. Ambiance is like in Italy with nice lights and style. Operation and service unfortunately seemed somewhat demotivated and inattentive - hence a star deduction. Basically good and recommendable.

Great pizza crust! They should have vegan cheese ( yes, I know in Italy it's an offense but nowadays there are a lot of vegan people in the world). The pasta, definitely a NO GO! It was such a disappointment, was hard, no taste, I don't know like the sauce was taken out of a can and just pour into the plate. ? We have been in Italy and aten there and believe me we know what really good pasta is. When they improve it, maybe handmade pasta? I'm sure they'll get more clients. Prices? Fair for what they offer. I guess we would only come back because of the pizza. The guys were super nice, slow but really friendly.

The pizza was good. Freshly topped and crispy. It was definitely not pasta. It tasted like pesto from the supermarket and spaghetti from the package. The service also left a lot to be desired, but at least friendly. It was more important to re-set tables in a relatively empty restaurant than to clear empty plates or to ask if you wanted a dessert or new drinks. Too bad.

Food is good, but pricy.

A solid Italian restaurant in the centre of town. Quality is continually good without having to pay west end prices. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Also good for lunchtime food orders if working in the city centre. No delivery service though. Recommend to reserve a table beforehand.

Superb food! This is the best Italian food I’ve had in Germany, hands down. The portions are large and the ingredients are top notch. Prices are reasonable compared to Paris, New York, or London, but on the expensive side for Germany (which I generally think has inexpensive restaurants).

Vegetarian options are very good. Portion size is huge for all the dishes.

This little restaurant looks so cute from the outside. However food and service were very disappointing. They have a Trüffel menu, which gave me the impression they are specialized on truffels. I ordered carpaccio with black truffels. The truffels were old and did not have the typical smell nor the taste. Also other ingredients such as salt, olive oil etc were clearly from the lower shelf from the supermarket. I could recognize from the flat taste as well as from the original packaging in which they put in on the table.
